To start a warranty claim, visit our online Returns Center, fill out the form, and send your laundered socks back to our Vermont headquarters. We will issue you a credit code to choose your new pair.

Every single pair of Darn Tough socks is designed, tested, and manufactured in our own mills located in Northfield, Vermont, USA.
What materials do you use in your socks?
We primarily use premium Merino Wool for its natural moisture-wicking and antimicrobial properties, blended with Nylon and Lycra Spandex for superior durability and a performance fit.
How should I wash and care for my socks?
For best results, machine wash your socks in warm water on a gentle cycle with the socks inside out. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Do not bleach or use fabric softeners.
